The self-service services in the lobby are continuously available between 7:00 and 22:00 with a valid reader card.
On weekdays after 20:00 and saturday reception and general information is provided. The lobby, the Reading Hall and the community space are open to the public only with a pre-purchased library card.
After 19:30 on weekdays and on weekends there is no stock service. Previously submitted requests may be picked up from the book vending machine located in the lobby, provided that the machine was designated as the pick-up point when the request was submitted and that notification of the pick-up was received.
