  • Self-evaluation

In 2010-ben we did self-evaluation in numerous libraries of the University Library Service. We audited our processes, achievements and the areas to be developed. The result of the self-evaluation was the strategy and Action Plan of the libraries and of K21 for 2011.

  • Membership growth

Since 2008 when K21 strated to be formed the number of the members of the project grew rapidly due to the planned recruiting, the achievements of K21 and the successful communication.

  • Trainings

The Action Plan for 2011 had plans for a lot of trainings. This year we had successful management trainings, trainings for the quality development consultants and for the customer service staff.

  • Annual library days

We started  a tradition by organizing community-building events: the annual librarians' day for our colleagues at the libraries of Eötvös Lorand University and the nation-wide professional events for librarians

  • Quality workshop in 2010
  • 'Traditions and challenges" day in 2011
